Archivi del Sud is the result of a great research work on the archives of the Italian Cinema Non - Fiction (1948-1968) of the Meridian Landscape, performed by four research groups of the University of Calabria, Catania, Naples and Palermo. The aim is to open an important field of research to deepen and find the Italian cultural identity.
Inmagik has created a new area of the Southern Archives site, dedicated to the presentation of research results, maintaining the existing graphic identity and designing a specific database for the management of the data collected during the research and processed by the various bodies involved in the project.
The Archive has three ways to explore connected data.
Video: presents the complete list of videos collected in the archive, filtered through the free search bar and the combined use of specific filters.
Map: interactive map to visualize the search results.
Tags: cloud tags associated with searches where you can select a keyword to see related videos. They are an instrument of deep and creative exploration, which suggests new paths to users and scholars.
