The software integrates an optimized database for managing the clients’ weighing scales. It allows multiple locations (local units) to be registered with all necessary details for generating certifications via the Telemaco portal.
Easily accessible data
Scale data is also easily accessible and filterable, either by client or through a general list of scales, which can also be filtered by periodic verification deadlines.
PDF Export
In addition to managing and viewing scales within the software, scale lists can be exported as PDFs, organized by location.

Calibration interventions
The software manages scale calibration through a process based on filling in and uploading an Excel file, reducing the need for internet access during the on-site intervention.
Excel-based management
The system supports managing an Excel sheet for data collection, from which information is extracted to load into the database. A pre-filled Excel file can also be generated with client and scale details.
Certificate generation
After an intervention, a certificate is generated with all scale and test result data in PDF format.

Verification interventions
The software also handles periodic verification interventions similarly to calibration. It may use a different Excel model and includes a supervisor approval flow for verifying test results.
Operation tracking
The system features a summary screen for the intervention with all client and scale data, tracking all performed operations. It also allows uploading of the scale’s nameplate photo and other relevant attachments.
Certificate generation
A PDF certificate is also generated for verification interventions and can be sent to the client directly from the platform.

Periodic certification interventions can be exported as Telemaco-compatible XML, minimizing communication time.
Multiple interventions
Interventions can be exported in bulk, generating XML files that contain multiple interventions, saving time in the certification process.

The software not only generates XML files ready for Telemaco, but also manages the certification flow by storing the case number returned by Telemaco for all related interventions.

The software offers specific features for scale manufacturers, allowing them to generate initial commissioning documentation directly within the platform.
Word format documents
These documents (Technical sheet, Installation notice, Mod. E, EU Declaration) are auto-generated in Word format for easy editing before handing them to the end client.
Customizable documents
All documents are automatically generated from scale data, and their templates can be customized during system setup.

All calibration and verification interventions are easily accessible on the platform, with all associated information.
10-year cloud storage
This includes attachments, Excel files used during the intervention, and certificates, all stored securely in the cloud with a 10-year retention guarantee.
