Within a project that promotes and manages the sharing mobility of the Municipality of Milan, INMAGIK has designed and implemented a management software and a mobile application to support the operators in charge of checking the sharing vehicles (cars, bicycles, scooters and electric scooters).
The system consists of a mobile data collection application that allows for checks on the status of operational vehicles in the field, and a management system used to monitor and address any anomalies identified during inspections.
INMAGIK designed and developed, for AMAT—a company owned by the Municipality of Milan that deals with mobility, environment, and territorial issues—a management software and a mobile application to support the staff responsible for inspecting shared vehicles (cars, bicycles, scooters, and e-scooters).
The system consists of a mobile data collection application that allows for inspections of the condition of shared vehicles operating in the area, and a management system used to monitor and handle any anomalies identified during the inspections.
The inspections are carried out using a mobile application developed for the Android platform, designed to minimize the time required for recording and documenting the condition of vehicles in the area. This is achieved through a guided questionnaire composed of multiple-choice questions, which can be configured within the system, with the option to attach photographic evidence.
Through the management system, it is possible to generate periodic reports automatically based on the inspection data. The system also includes a dispute section, where the Municipality reports any non-conformities identified during inspections, and operators handle these reports through a process managed entirely on the platform.
